No refund after delivery
Once we have delivered the agreed work (live site, source files, app build, logo files, or student project files as per your package), the fee is non-refundable. Digital work cannot be “returned” after handover.
- If we have not started work and you cancel, we may refund the unused advance minus gateway fees, at our discretion.
- If work has started, refunds are not given for change of mind, delay in sending your content, or third-party hosting/app-store rejection caused by your account or content.
- If we cannot complete the agreed scope for a reason on our side, we will finish the remaining work or refund the unused portion of fees paid — we will confirm this in writing.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may pause the project until the payment dispute is closed.
