By placing an order, paying an advance, or asking us to start work, you agree to these terms. Shrisha Technology provides custom digital services — not off-the-shelf software licences unless we say so in writing.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless a different date is written on the quote.
- The scope of work is what we confirm on WhatsApp, email, or the order page. Extra pages, features, or revisions beyond the agreed package are billed separately.
- You confirm you have the right to use logos, photos, copy, and other material you send us.
- We may show completed public work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing to keep it private.
- Indian law applies. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
